4. Exclusions from Guaranteed Christmas Delivery
The policy does not apply in the following cases:
- Shipping Address Outside Eligible Regions: If the delivery address is outside the regions covered by the Christmas guarantee, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
- Force Majeure Events: Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or traffic restrictions, are excluded from the guarantee.
- Customs Issues: If customs clearance is delayed and the customer does not promptly provide the required information or documents, the policy does not apply.
- Changes to Delivery Address or Stop Shipment Requests: Any request to change the delivery address or to halt shipment after the order has been dispatched may result in missed delivery windows. Such cases are not covered by the guarantee.
- Signature or Pickup Failures: If the customer fails to sign for the parcel, pick it up on time, or provide correct delivery instructions, leading to delayed delivery, the guarantee does not apply.
